As a 3X founder and operator, he brings over a decade of experience scaling companies across fintech, technology, and creative sectors. His work has impacted millions across the continent, including selling a business and raising—and assisting others in raising—funding from investors.

Previously, Dean built and contributed to multiple tech products across Africa.
As Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer, he has led several startups and fintechs, launching:

1. A revolutionary payment gateway that processed billions of shillings,

2. A data platform managing over 40 million data profiles, and

3. A wealth-tech platform enabling Africans to invest in the U.S. financial markets.
